Reverdale Residence opened in late 2020 near Lujiazui and Century Avenue in Pudong, with several unit layouts and an open kitchen in each. Units are furnished in an Italian minimalist style, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full Siemens kitchen with fridge and washer, a walk-in closet, a separate wet/dry bathroom with a TOTO tub, imported bedding, a 55-inch Samsung TV with international satellite channels, and a Honeywell air purification system. The building has a Chinese/Western restaurant, a gym, and a landscaped garden. It’s managed by an international operator and includes housekeeping, a 24-hour front desk and security, and butler service.
