Our agency fee for individual tenants depends on the monthly rent:

For example, a home renting for RMB 8,000 per month carries a one-time agency fee of RMB 2,800. At RMB 10,000 per month or above, there is no agency fee for the tenant.
Employee relocation support
We also help companies relocate employees to Shanghai, whether you are welcoming one new colleague or coordinating several moves throughout the year.
Companies arranging four or more employee relocations per year qualify for our fee-free property-search service, regardless of the monthly rent.
For companies arranging fewer moves, the same transparent rental-based fees apply: no agency fee for homes renting at RMB 10,000 per month or more, and a one-time fee of 35% of one month’s rent for homes below that amount. Every employee receives the same personal support.
Support throughout your tenancy
Our help continues after you move in. We provide communication assistance between you and your landlord at no additional charge for the full duration of your rental contract.
If you need help explaining a maintenance issue, clarifying a question or discussing an everyday concern, we can assist with the conversation.
