Base Living Shiziwan

Located near Yishan Road, in an area known for its upholstery industry, Base Living Shiziwan fits right in with its industrial chic apartments. This project marked the beginning of the base brand and contributed a great deal to the brand developing its beloved style.

The two adjacent buildings were formerly a textile factory. The two white towers house 13 apartment units and a fashion sourcing company, connected by a black bridge between their roofs.

Base Living Shiziwan has a stylish rooftop overlooking the Xujiahui neighborhood and its one of the most intimate and inviting rooftops in the city – perfect for after-work drinks with other residents or guests.
